Long story short: CHANGING JOBS CAN BE EASY! JOB SEARCH CAN BE FUN!
Our knowledge is not a rocket science! I’d rather call it „an extended collection of tips on how to avoid mistakes“. Working as recruiters we often see how people make mistakes (often tiny) that impact their job search process and get them rejected. The problem is that very often applicants don’t have an opportunity to learn from their mistakes because nobody gives them a truthful feedback. Recruitment agencies function in a very intense pace, they have to fulfill the budget by placing experienced specialists and often don’t have a possibility to give detailed feedback to candidates whop didn’t seem to fit the requirements. Internal recruiters on the company side also have to handle a flood of incoming applications and organize the hiring processes, so they don’t have time to give feedback to applicants either. No blame on agencies and pharma – but what are the applicants to do? They are left to guess! I’d call it an informational vacuum and it doesn’t seem fair. But wouldn’t it be great to make your chances higher? Wouldn’t it be nice – to know for sure how to press the right buttons? That is exactly what we offer: to learn all of this from us, get a real feedback, see your text through the eyes of a hiring manager and finally RULE YOUR JOB SEARCH!
We offer our recruiting experience to help people on all levels to get a job of their dreams.

Natalya has been a great help with my career towards the industry. She is professional, smart and honest. She has lots of ideas and she knows exactly how to boost your CV to show your skills perfectly. She offers personalize study of your particular case and she is really committed to make the best out of your professional profile. And most important of all: she has a lot of knowledge of the actual swiss job market in Life Sciences, which is for me what makes the difference. Her previous experience as a recruiter for several agencies and companies is incredibly helpful and gives you the real insight into what the hiring managers are looking for. I can only recommend Recruiter´s Advice to everybody, experienced or not, that is looking for the next career step!
Natalya gave a very comprehensive seminar on CV and cover letters at FMI which was one of the most attended and successful career-topic seminars, covering the fundamentals, insights into the job market and real-life examples. She could take the perspectives from both PhD students and employers, and is keen to help PhD students land on the first industrial job with tailored strategies. In the individual consulting session, she helped me optimize my CV and highlight the qualities that are valued on my targeted positions, which proved to be very useful. Her bubbly character on top of excellent expertise brings lots of fun and positive energy to learning with her. I would highly recommend every PhD student in life science who has an interest in industry careers to get her help. "
Being an ex-pat, Stefan gave me advice on how to best tailor my American CV for the European job market. He gave me insightful tips on content and organization, as well as the importance of including a high-quality personal head shot and highlighting my permit status for prospective employers. He was always available to answer my questions and help me build the best CV possible."
I hope that's along the lines of what you're looking for. Feel free to edit and use as you see fit! I know I haven't found a job yet, but I wouldn't be in the position I am in now to even successfully apply without your knowledge and assistance. I can't thank you enough.
