I enjoy searching an ideal match for a position, to identify it among the many talents on the market. But it is not the search that I am after – because I want to deliver the result. And when I chose myself a target – I am creative, driven and entrepreneurial. I take pride in being always able to deliver candidates for complicated roles in a fast and reliable way.
